This policy applies to House of Hades, collectively “House of Hades,” “us,” “our,” or “we,” and the website located at www.houseofhades.vip, its affiliated network of websites, including any versions optimized for viewing on a wireless or tablet device; all email newsletters published or distributed by House of Hades; all apps, if any, published by House of Hades; and all other interactive features, services, events, ticketing communications, promotional materials, content, and communications provided by House of Hades (“Sites”), however accessed and/or used, that are operated by us, made available by us, or produced and maintained by us, and our affiliated companies, partners, contractors, vendors, licensors, artists, performers, producers, sponsors, collaborators, and service providers (“Affiliates”). In addition to the Content on the Sites, the Sites may provide you with various opportunities to download content, purchase tickets, RSVP for events, submit information, participate in promotional activities, and participate in various services, performances, activations, experiences, or event-related offerings (“Services”). BY USING OUR SITES AND SERVICES, DOWNLOADING CONTENT, PURCHASING TICKETS, REGISTERING FOR EVENTS, OR PARTICIPATING IN HOUSE OF HADES OFFERINGS, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE PRACTICES DESCRIBED IN THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SITES, PURCHASE TICKETS, REGISTER FOR EVENTS, OR PARTICIPATE IN OUR SERVICES, AND EXIT IMMEDIATELY. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY OR AMEND THESE TERMS OF USE FROM TIME TO TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF OUR SITES AND ANY AFFILIATE SITES FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF CHANGES TO THESE TERMS WILL MEAN YOU ACCEPT THOSE CHANGES. UNLESS WE PROVIDE YOU WITH SPECIFIC NOTICE, NO CHANGES TO OUR TERMS OF USE WILL APPLY RETROACTIVELY. Additional terms and conditions may apply to the purchase of tickets, products, merchandise, event access, admission, refunds, transfers, age restrictions, venue rules, safety requirements, or other event-related policies. By using the Sites, purchasing tickets, registering for events, or participating in Services, you agree to such terms and conditions.

This is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "user") and House of Hades that states the material terms and conditions that govern your use of the Sites, Services, and related event offerings. This agreement, together with all updates, supplements, additional terms, and all of House of Hades’ rules and policies collectively constitute this "Agreement" between you and House of Hades. BY ACCESSING THE SITES, PURCHASING TICKETS, REGISTERING FOR EVENTS, OR PARTICIPATING IN SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE AND CONDITIONS OF USE STATED HEREIN, PLEASE IMMEDIATELY LEAVE THIS WEBSITE AND DO NOT USE THE SITES OR SERVICES.

Site Access License. House of Hades grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make use of the Sites and their content. House of Hades does not grant you a license to modify all or any portion of the Sites or their content. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Sites or their contents; any unauthorized resale, transfer, duplication, or commercial exploitation of tickets, event access, promotional materials, images, video, audio, performance materials, or third-party content on the Sites; any derivative use of the Sites or their contents; any downloading or copying of information for the benefit of another company or user; or any use of data mining, robots, artificial intelligence scraping tools, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. The Sites and/or any portion of the Sites may not be reproduced, sold, resold, visited, copied, archived, scraped, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without House of Hades’ express written consent. You will not access or attempt to access content on the Sites through any interface except for the publicly-provided interfaces provided by House of Hades. You will not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, event concept, brand identity, performance concept, proprietary information, images, text, page layout, form, or other content of House of Hades, its content providers, performers, artists, contractors, vendors, licensors, or Affiliates without express written consent. You will not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing our name, trademarks, event names, taglines, or brand language without our express written consent. Additionally, you agree that you will not: (a) take any action that imposes, or may impose in our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (b) interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Sites, ticketing functions, registration functions, communications, event operations, or any activities conducted on the Sites; or (c) bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Sites, tickets, event pages, member-only areas, promotional pages, or Services. Any unauthorized use automatically terminates the permissions and/or licenses granted by us to you.

1. Copyright and Ownership. All of the content featured or displayed on the Sites, including without limitation text, graphics, photographs, images, moving images, sound, audio, video, illustrations, artwork, costume concepts, event concepts, performance descriptions, staging concepts, choreography descriptions, promotional copy, design elements, logos, ticketing materials, and other creative materials ("Content"), is owned by House of Hades, its licensors, vendors, agents, artists, performers, contractors, collaborators, and/or its Content providers. All elements of the Sites, including without limitation the general design and the Content, are protected by trade dress, copyright, moral rights, trademark, and other laws relating to intellectual property rights. The Services and the Sites may only be used for the intended purpose for which such Sites and Services are being made available. Except as may be otherwise indicated in specific documents within the Sites or as permitted by copyright law, you are authorized to view, play, print, and download copyrighted documents, audio, video, or other materials found on our Sites for personal, informational, and noncommercial purposes only. Except as permitted by copyright law, you may not modify any of the materials and you may not copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell, commercially exploit, or otherwise use any information, creative work, event concept, performance material, image, video, audio, writing, or work contained on the Sites. Except as authorized under the copyright laws, you are responsible for obtaining permission before reusing any copyrighted material that is available on the Sites. You shall comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances, venue rules, ticketing rules, and regulations regarding your use of the Sites and Services. The Sites, their Content, and all related rights shall remain the exclusive property of House of Hades or its licensors unless otherwise expressly agreed. You will not remove any copyright, trademark, attribution, credit, or other proprietary notices from material found on these Sites.

2. Trademarks/No Endorsement. All trademarks, service marks, event names, trade names, brand names, logos, taglines, and trade dress of House of Hades used herein, including but not limited to: House of Hades, the House of Hades name, the Sites design, any logos, event titles, event themes, promotional phrases, and related brand elements, collectively “Marks,” are trademarks, service marks, trade names, or protected brand identifiers of House of Hades or its affiliates, partners, vendors, contractors, performers, artists, sponsors, or licensors. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify House of Hades trademarks, event names, logos, or brand materials in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on the Sites, event promotion, resale, social media promotion, or third-party promotional activity, without House of Hades’ prior written consent. The use of House of Hades trademarks on any other website, social media account, promotional page, ticketing page, merchandise, or network computer environment is not allowed without prior written authorization. House of Hades prohibits the use of House of Hades trademarks as a "hot" link on or to any other website unless establishment of such a link is approved in advance. You shall not use House of Hades’ name or any language, pictures, symbols, designs, performances, costumes, promotional imagery, or event concepts which could, in House of Hades’ judgment, imply House of Hades’ endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, approval, or participation in any (a) written or oral advertising or presentation, or (b) brochure, newsletter, book, website, social media post, merchandise, press release, ticketing page, promotional material, or other written, visual, or digital material of whatever nature, without prior written consent.

3. Submission of Information. In consideration of your use of the Sites, you will: (a) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Sites' submission page, ticketing page, contact form, registration form, RSVP form, newsletter signup, vendor inquiry, performer inquiry, sponsor inquiry, or any other submission function, such information being the "Contact Information." If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or House of Hades has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, House of Hades has the right to refuse any and all current or future use of the Sites, Services, event access, ticketing, registration, or any portion thereof. We have the right to provide user Content or use records and related information under certain circumstances, such as in response to legal responsibility, lawful process, orders, subpoenas, or warrants, or to protect our rights, customers, audience members, performers, vendors, Affiliates, event operations, safety, or business.

4. Inappropriate Material. You are prohibited from using the Sites to post, upload, transmit, submit, or send any unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, profane, invasive, discriminatory, exploitative, infringing, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, endanger event participants, threaten event operations, or otherwise violate any law. You further understand and agree that sending unsolicited advertisements or “spam” to any user of the Sites, the Sites themselves, or through House of Hades computer systems, forms, emails, ticketing functions, registration tools, or communications systems is expressly prohibited by these Terms of Use. In addition to any remedies that we may have at law or in equity, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated or are likely to violate the foregoing prohibitions, we may take any action we deem necessary to cure or prevent the violation, including without limitation, banning you from leaving comments, participating in our forums, communities, social media spaces, event communications, ticketing systems, registration systems, or events, and/or the immediate removal of the related materials from the Sites at any time without notice. We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order or subpoena requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone posting, uploading, transmitting, or submitting such materials.

5. Third Party Links. From time to time, the Sites may contain links to websites, ticketing platforms, payment processors, social media platforms, venue websites, sponsor websites, vendor websites, performer websites, artist websites, press sites, or other digital platforms that are not owned, operated, or controlled by House of Hades or its Affiliates. All such links are provided solely as a convenience to you. If you use these links, you may leave the Sites. Neither we nor any of our respective Affiliates are responsible for any content, materials, policies, payment systems, ticketing functions, security practices, privacy practices, or other information located on or accessible from any other website or third-party platform. Neither we nor any of our respective Affiliates endorse, guarantee, or make any representations or warranties regarding any other websites, platforms, vendors, ticketing processors, payment processors, sponsors, artists, performers, service providers, or any content, materials, policies, transactions, ticketing terms, payment terms, or other information located or accessible from any other websites or platforms, or the results that you may obtain from using any other websites or platforms. If you decide to access any other websites or platforms linked to or from these Sites, you do so entirely at your own risk.

6. Access and Interference. You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, automated purchasing tool, automated ticketing tool, artificial intelligence scraping tool, bot, or other automated means to access the Sites for any purpose without our express written permission. Additionally, you agree that you will not: (a) take any action that imposes, or may impose in our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure, ticketing systems, payment systems, registration systems, servers, communications systems, or event-related technology; (b) interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the site, ticketing systems, registration systems, payment systems, email systems, event communications, security systems, or any activities conducted on the Sites; or (c) bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Sites, tickets, registration pages, event pages, private pages, promotional pages, or Services.

7. Right to Takedown Content. House of Hades shall have the right in our sole discretion to edit, refuse to post, restrict, disable, or remove any material submitted to or posted on the Sites at any time without notice. Without limiting the foregoing, we shall have the right to remove any material that we find to be in violation of the provisions hereof, inconsistent with event safety, damaging to our brand, infringing, unlawful, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable, and the additional right to deny access to any user who fails to conform to any provision of these Terms of Use.

8. Representations and Warranties. You represent that you are over the age of 18, or that you are accessing the Sites and Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by applicable law and event rules, have the right and authority to enter into this Agreement, are fully able and competent to satisfy the terms, conditions, and obligations herein, and your use of the Sites and Services is and will be in compliance with all applicable laws. If any House of Hades event, ticket type, venue, performance, experience, or activity is restricted to persons of a certain age, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement and may be required to provide valid identification as a condition of entry or participation.

9. DISCLAIMERS. YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR RISK. THE INFORMATION, MATERIALS, TICKETING INFORMATION, EVENT INFORMATION, PERFORMANCE INFORMATION, PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS, AND SERVICES PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SECURITY, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, EVENT ACCESS, EVENT EXPERIENCE, PERFORMANCE OUTCOME, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. NEITHER HOUSE OF HADES, NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, CONTRACTORS, ARTISTS, PERFORMERS, VENUES, SPONSORS, VENDORS, OR LICENSORS WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE INFORMATION, MATERIALS, TICKETING INFORMATION, EVENT INFORMATION, PERFORMANCE INFORMATION, OR SERVICES PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITES. THE INFORMATION, MATERIALS, TICKETING INFORMATION, EVENT INFORMATION, PERFORMANCE INFORMATION, AND SERVICES PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITES MAY BE OUT OF DATE, SUBJECT TO CHANGE, OR MODIFIED WITHOUT NOTICE, AND NEITHER HOUSE OF HADES, NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES MAKES ANY COMMITMENT OR ASSUMES ANY DUTY TO UPDATE SUCH INFORMATION, MATERIALS, TICKETING INFORMATION, EVENT INFORMATION, PERFORMANCE INFORMATION, OR SERVICES. EVENT DATES, TIMES, LOCATIONS, PERFORMERS, ARTISTS, VENDORS, SPONSORS, ADMISSION POLICIES, AGE RESTRICTIONS, SAFETY REQUIREMENTS, ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION, PROGRAMMING, AND EXPERIENCES MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. THE FOREGOING EXCLUSIONS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES DO NOT APPLY TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW. PLEASE REFER TO YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY SUCH PROHIBITIONS.

NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM HOUSE OF HADES OR THROUGH THE SITES, CONTENT, EVENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND SERVICES WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN. WITHOUT LIMITATION OF THE FOREGOING, HOUSE OF HADES ASSUMES NO OBLIGATION TO REVIEW AND EVALUATE, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF, ANY INDIVIDUAL, FIRM, COMPANY, VENDOR, ARTIST, PERFORMER, SPONSOR, VENUE, CONTRACTOR, OR THIRD PARTY LISTED ON, LINKED FROM, OR MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE.

11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. House of Hades does not assume any responsibility, nor will be liable, for any damages to, or any viruses, malware, data loss, unauthorized access, technical malfunction, ticketing issue, payment issue, communication issue, or other harm that may infect, affect, damage, or compromise your computer, telecommunication equipment, mobile device, tablet, account, data, or other property caused by or arising from your access to, use of, or browsing these Sites, your downloading of any information or materials from these Sites, or your use of any third-party ticketing, payment, social media, or linked platform. IN NO EVENT WILL HOUSE OF HADES, OR ANY OF ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, OWNERS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS OR ASSIGNS, NOR ANY PARTY INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION, HOSTING, DISPLAY, PERFORMANCE, OPERATION, PROMOTION, OR TRANSMISSION OF THE SITES, SERVICES, EVENTS, OR CONTENT, BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE RESULTING FROM LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOST OPPORTUNITY, LOST TICKET VALUE, TRAVEL EXPENSES, LODGING EXPENSES, PERSONAL EXPENSES, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, EVENT CHANGES, EVENT DELAYS, EVENT CANCELLATIONS, EVENT ACCESS ISSUES, OR THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM ISSUES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE, INABILITY TO USE, OR THE RESULTS OF USE OF THE SITES, SERVICES, EVENTS, TICKETS, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO THE SITES, OR THE MATERIALS, INFORMATION, EVENT INFORMATION, TICKETING INFORMATION, OR SERVICES CONTAINED ON ANY OR ALL SUCH SITES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY AND WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY DO NOT APPLY TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW. PLEASE REFER TO YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY SUCH PROHIBITIONS.

IN THE EVENT OF ANY PROBLEM WITH THE SITES OR ANY CONTENT, YOU AGREE THAT YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO CEASE USING THE SITES. IN THE EVENT OF ANY PROBLEM WITH A TICKET, EVENT, EVENT ACCESS, REGISTRATION, OR SERVICE, YOUR REMEDY, IF ANY, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE REMEDY EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THE APPLICABLE TICKET TERMS, EVENT TERMS, REFUND POLICY, OR APPLICABLE LAW. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HOUSE OF HADES’ TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, COSTS, EXPENSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STATUTE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO HOUSE OF HADES FOR THE SPECIFIC TICKET, PRODUCT, REGISTRATION, OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IF YOU DID NOT PAY HOUSE OF HADES FOR THE SPECIFIC TICKET, PRODUCT, REGISTRATION, OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, HOUSE OF HADES’ TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL BE ZERO DOLLARS ($0.00), TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

12. Indemnity. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold House of Hades and any Affiliate, owner, officer, director, employee, contractor, artist, performer, vendor, venue, sponsor, licensor, service provider, agent, representative, or individual harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, related to or in connection with (a) the use of the Sites, Services, events, tickets, or the Internet or your placement, submission, upload, post, transmission, communication, or sharing of any message, information, content, image, video, audio, review, comment, social media content, or other material on or through the Sites by you or your authorized users; (b) your violation of any term of this Agreement, including without limitation, your breach of any of the representations and warranties above; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any right of privacy, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, contractual rights, ticketing rights, or venue rights; (d) your violation of any law, rule, regulation, ordinance, venue rule, event rule, ticketing policy, or safety requirement of the United States or any other country; or (e) any claim or damages that arise as a result of any information, Content, submission, conduct, communication, or material that you provide to House of Hades.

13. Release. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more other users of the Sites, ticket purchasers, attendees, vendors, artists, performers, sponsors, venues, third-party platforms, payment processors, ticketing providers, or any other third party arising from your use of information obtained from the Sites, your use of the Services, your attendance at or attempted attendance at an event, your purchase or attempted purchase of tickets, your interaction with other attendees, or your participation in any House of Hades-related activity, you release House of Hades, and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees, contractors, performers, artists, vendors, sponsors, venues, service providers, and Affiliates, from claims, demands, and damages, actual and consequential, of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or or in any way connected with such disputes, including without limitation, any intellectual property dispute, ticketing dispute, payment dispute, access dispute, attendance dispute, event experience dispute, personal interaction dispute, vendor dispute, performer dispute, sponsor dispute, venue dispute, or any dispute over the payment, delivery, transfer, cancellation, postponement, admission, access, or use of any ticket, registration, product, Service, or event-related offering.

14. Termination. You or we may suspend or terminate your account, registration, access, ticketing privileges, communication privileges, or your use of the Sites or Services at any time, for any reason or for no reason, subject to applicable law and any written ticketing terms that expressly apply. You are personally liable for any orders placed, tickets purchased, registrations submitted, charges incurred, submissions made, or obligations created through your account, email address, payment method, or other identifying information prior to termination. We may also block your access to our Sites, Services, ticketing pages, registration pages, events, communications, or other offerings in the event that (a) you breach these Terms of Use; (b) we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us; (c) we believe that your actions may cause financial loss, operational disruption, reputational harm, safety risk, security risk, legal liability, or other harm to you, our users, attendees, artists, performers, vendors, sponsors, venues, Affiliates, or us; or (d) we determine, in our sole discretion, that termination or restriction is necessary to protect the Sites, Services, event operations, intellectual property, brand, business, or participants.

15. Force Majeure. Neither House of Hades nor you shall be responsible for damages or for delays, cancellations, postponements, substitutions, modifications, or failures in performance resulting from acts or occurrences beyond our or your, as applicable, reasonable control, including, without limitation: fire, lightning, explosion, power surge or failure, water, flood, extreme weather, acts of God, pandemic, epidemic, public health emergency, quarantine, illness, injury, performer unavailability, venue unavailability, vendor failure, supplier failure, technical failure, internet failure, payment processor failure, ticketing platform failure, transportation disruption, war, revolution, civil commotion, riot, protest, terrorism, threats, acts of civil or military authorities or public enemies; any law, order, regulation, ordinance, permit requirement, licensing requirement, emergency order, or requirement of any government, venue, legal body, public authority, or any representative of any such government, venue, legal body, or public authority; labor unrest, including without limitation, strikes, slowdowns, picketing, or boycotts; inability to secure performers, artists, staff, contractors, raw materials, transportation facilities, fuel, utilities, energy, equipment, staging, venue access, permits, insurance, security, or other event necessities; or acts or omissions of other common carriers, third-party service providers, venues, sponsors, vendors, contractors, ticketing providers, payment processors, platforms, or other parties outside our reasonable control.

16. Privacy. Data collection and use, including data collection and use of personally identifiable information, is governed by House of Hades’ Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and is a part of this Agreement. By using the Sites, submitting Contact Information, purchasing tickets, registering for events, signing up for communications, participating in Services, or otherwise interacting with House of Hades, you acknowledge that your information may be collected, used, processed, disclosed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

17. General. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or secure access to our Sites or Services, and operation of the Sites, Services, ticketing systems, registration systems, communications, and event-related technology may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. You agree that these Terms of Use and all incorporated agreements may be automatically assigned by House of Hades in our sole discretion. You may not assign these Terms of Use, any rights, or any obligations without our prior written consent. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe, or describe the scope or extent of such section. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. These Terms of Use set forth the entire understanding and agreement between us with respect to the subject matter hereof. Sections 7 (Access and Interference), 11 (Limitations of Liability), 12 (Indemnity), 13 (Release), 17 (General), and 18 (Entire Agreement) shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement.

18. Entire Agreement. These terms and conditions are the entire agreement between you and House of Hades and supersede any prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the Sites, Services, Content, tickets, registrations, event communications, event information, and any other House of Hades-related offerings, except where separate written ticketing terms, venue terms, refund terms, privacy terms, sponsor terms, vendor terms, performer terms, contractor terms, or other written agreements expressly apply.

21. Event Participation Waiver. Attendance at any House of Hades event, performance, activation, immersive experience, venue, or related in-person offering may require acceptance of a separate Event Participation Waiver, Assumption of Risk, Release, and Limitation of Liability. By purchasing, accepting, using, transferring, or presenting a ticket, and/or by entering or participating in any House of Hades event, you agree to comply with all applicable event terms, venue rules, safety rules, admission requirements, and waiver terms. If there is any conflict between these Terms of Use and a separately accepted Event Participation Waiver regarding physical attendance, event participation, assumption of risk, release of claims, or limitation of liability, the Event Participation Waiver shall control to the maximum extent permitted by law.
